We are dedicated to providing quality care for all patients. And while Pride Month may be drawing to a close, our commitment and support for the LGBTQ+ community continues year round.

At Dominion Fertility, all are welcome.

For all our patients, we provide the best fertility services for you and your family, including IUI, IVF, pre-genetic testing, and more. We have supported many couples and individuals in the LGBTQ+ community on their journey to parenthood and offer a variety of donor sperm banks, insemination services, egg donors, surrogacy agencies, and fertility preservation services.

Specifically, we provide:

  • We provide in-house semen analysis for all of our patients. This is especially helpful for determining which partner will have the highest success rate of producing a viable pregnancy.
  • For same-sex couples and individuals, we connect you with both local sperm banks and individual donors. We fully screen donors, acquire in-depth medical histories, and gather personal information to help guide your donor choice.
  • Egg donation is a viable service for both heterosexual, same-sex couples, and individuals seeking pregnancy. We provide an in-house full screening of all anonymous egg donors.
  • Dominion Fertility works with trusted and experienced agencies to connect you to the perfect surrogate match. If you decide you would like to provide your own family member, friend, or trusted individual to carry your pregnancy, we will work with you every step of the way.

In addition to supporting the LGBTQ+ community through the services we provide, we proudly serve as a resource in the DC Metro area, we offer personalized care that supports all our patient’s needs.
