Can I Exercise During Fertility Treatment?

The majority of our patients inquire about lifestyle changes in an attempt to optimize their reproductive outcomes. Eating healthy, as well as discontinuing alcohol and tobacco consumption, will increase the likelihood of having a healthy baby. In addition, regular exercise is shown to improve pregnancy outcomes.
"Healthy babies come from healthy moms"
