At Dominion Fertility, we offer complete onsite laboratory services that ensure you receive the optimal testing and fertility treatment. The lab is often overlooked, but it is crucial to the success of any fertility treatment program. Our cutting-edge techniques and years of experience will help you achieve your fertility goals. Unlike some fertility clinics, all of our laboratory services are done completely onsite. This allows us to have more confidence in our results and more flexibility in scheduling treatments and testing.
Services We Offer
Our laboratory has a state-of-the-art embryology department, genetic assessment tools, endocrinology testing, and andrology services.
Embryology
The embryology lab is the heart of any fertility clinic. Our lab keeps up with all of the latest developments in the industry, so you can be confident that you are getting the best possible treatment. For the technically inclined, our services include intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), laser assisted embryo hatching, and blastocyst culture. We also use microenvironment embryo culture systems, which are known to improve embryo growth.
In 2013, we added “The Matcher” system, which tracks all patient specimens from the moment they enter the lab, giving patients and doctors peace of mind that all embryos have been properly handled. We are honored to be the first center in the United States to introduce this system.

Genetic Assessment
Working with the nation’s premier genetics labs, we offer a full range of diagnostic and therapeutic treatments. These include embryo testing for known genetic conditions such as cystic fibrosis and general screening for anomalies such as trisomy 16 (a common cause of miscarriage). This helps us ensure that only the healthiest embryos are transferred.
Endocrinology
Our andrology lab provides onsite testing utilizing the latest analytic criteria for diagnosing male infertility. Our trained lab technicians use only the latest analytic criteria to provide a complete and accurate assessment of semen quality.
Our andrology lab also offers sperm cryopreservation freezing.
