Good Morning. Dr. Michael DiMattina, Medical Director of Dominion Fertility.

Dominion Fertility offers more treatment options than most fertility centers in the United States

Did you know that Dominion Fertility offers more treatment options than most fertility centers in the United States? For example, our IVF program. We perform stimulated IVF, Natural Cycle IVF, and egg donor IVF. Stimulated IVF uses fertility drugs to get more eggs, more embryos.

We recommend patients use PGS to determine which embryos are genetically normal first.

At Dominion Fertility, we recommend to our patients that they have the embryos tested using preimplantation genetic screening, which is an embryo biopsy. It is also referred to as PGS. This allows us to determine which embryos are genetically normal before we put the embryos back into her uterus. By doing that, we get much higher pregnancy rates, very few miscarriages, and the baby is tested to see if it has Down syndrome or some other genetic disorder prior to putting the embryos back into the uterus.

This is great, this is terrific, because this allows the patient to avoid choices she may not wish to make or encounter later on.

We are the largest center in the United States performing Natural Cycle IVF, now for almost 10 years.

The second type of IVF is Natural Cycle IVF. We are the largest center in the United States performing Natural Cycle IVF, now for almost 10 years. Indeed, many patients who have failed stimulated IVF or were not candidates for stimulated IVF, came here and have been successful.

We usually use egg donor IVF when there is no possibility of obtaining a pregnancy using the patient’s own eggs

The third treatment is egg donor IVF. We usually use egg donor IVF when there is no possibility of obtaining a pregnancy using the patient’s own eggs. So, we are very proud of our success rates. There are three excellent treatment options, and we hope to see you at Dominion Fertility.Have a great day.- Dr. DiMattina
